Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rakkit mobile app and website (the "Service"), operated by Rakkit ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rakkit. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your profile and associated data.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users.
- Post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading content.
- Use the Service for commercial solicitation outside the club features.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or disrupt the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk to other users.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your profile and photos to other users). You are responsible for the content you share.
5. Events, play, and safety
Events are created by independent clubs, and gameplay happens in the real world. Rakkit does not screen users and is not responsible for the conduct of users or clubs, the availability or condition of courts, or anything that occurs at an event. Meet in public, use good judgment, and take normal safety precautions.
6. Court reservations
When you accept an event time, you may be directed to a club's third-party reservation system (such as CourtReserve) to book a court. Those bookings are between you and the club and are subject to the club's own terms; Rakkit is not a party to them.
7. Club & business terms
Clubs that subscribe to a partner plan agree to pay the applicable recurring fee, billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Clubs may cancel anytime via the billing portal; access to partner features continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Clubs are responsible for the accuracy of the events and information they post.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will match with anyone, that events will occur, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rakkit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any conduct or content of users, clubs, or third parties.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
